The Benevolent Dragon Bookshop comes from a desire to build and support community. As an indie bookshop in Kennesaw, want to support local small business and meet readers where they're at. This means you can order from us online, or meet us around Metro Atlanta at markets, coffee shops, and wherever we manage to set up shop. 

Part of what we hope to accomplish with Benevolent Dragon is establishing a place to showcase indie authors and amplify marginalized voices. You'll find a growing selection of books that are written by or tell the stories of queer and oppressed voices.

If you are an indie author, we love to do ARC reads and help you get the word out. We'll collaborate with local authors for events and we always try to stock the ones we love.
